To change any personal information related to your Search + Win account, you will need to go to the My Account page. Once there, you can change your email address, password, and physical address.

If you forget your password, you need to request that it is sent to your sign up email address. To do this, enter your registered email address in the log in box and click "Email My Password." Your password will then be sent to your sign up email address. Please check your bulk folder for this email, as your email server may mistake it as spam.

To cancel your account, simply contact us and enter the word "Cancel" in the subject line. Your account will be cancelled within 48 hours.

The homepage occasionally lags behind the My Rewards page. Don't worry; it generally catches up within 24 hours. Until it does, just know that the total on the My Rewards page is the accurate total.

We need to make sure that you are a real person with a real email address. We do this by sending you a verification link. Before you can redeem any rewards or enter any sweepstakes, you will need to verify your account. To do this, please check the email address you signed up with for a message from us. Within this message will be a verification link that you will need to click to verify your account.

If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, first make sure you have spelled your email address correctly, then check your spam filter. Additionally, you should add info@searchpw.com to your trusted/safe sender's list to prevent any future Search + Win emails from getting caught up in your spam filter. If the verification email is not in your inbox or your spam filter within 20 minutes, please contact us.

If clicking the verification link does not work or produces an error message, please try copying and pasting the URL into a new browser window. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.

Your friends list may take up to 48 hours to list a recent referral. If your friend is still not listed after this time has elapsed, it is likely your friend navigated away from the site during sign up or misused the referral link in some other fashion. We cannot manually add friends to your account if this occurs.

Once a user signs up for any Search + Win site, that person cannot be added as a referred friend of any existing or future member.

This is a common misunderstanding concerning the referral program. You are not awarded 1,000 Rewards Points any time a person joins using your referral link. Rather, you can earn up to 1,000 matching Rewards Points for the Rewards Points your friend earns while searching.

We do not allow more than one Search + Win account per household. However, you and your family members/friends are welcome to share one account.

Many of the rewards are limited, so if we run out, we take the reward down from the site to avoid confusion. Just because a reward runs out doesn't mean we won't be getting it again in the future, so make sure to keep checking the Rewards Store for current available rewards.

After you order a reward, we will send you an email with a verification link contained in it. Until you click this link, your reward order will be listed as "Not Verified." After you click on the link, your reward order is considered "Verified" and shipping begins (within the quoted ship time).

Most gift cards from the Rewards Store are e-gift cards. These rewards are delivered to the My Gift Cards page within 7-10 business days of reward verification.

E-gift cards take from 7 to 10 business days from the date of verification to be delivered to the My Gift Cards page of your account.

E-gift cards can be used by visiting the website that the e-gift card is for and entering the gift codes when prompted to do so (usually during the checkout process). The value of the gift codes will be applied to your order.

Physical rewards take approximately 2 business days from the date of verification to ship out. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. After your reward is shipped, it can still be as long as 2 weeks before you receive your reward.

There are a number of actions that Search + Win considers cause for deactivation. These reasons include, but are not limited to, operating more than one Search + Win account; operating a Search + Win account in the same residence as another person operating a different account; searching or clicking unnaturally in accordance with our terms of use; using bots or other software designed to defraud Search + Win in any way; and posting verbiage, photos, or videos that encourage or teach other users to commit any action that violates our terms of use.

Yes, that is true. Please do not create more than one account. Doing so will result in deactivation.

We are very firm on our one account per household policy. You are more than welcome to share what we call a "family" account, but please do not create more than one account within the same household as this will result in deactivation.

Internet Explorer users

1. Click the Download button.
2. In the File Download window, you are given the option to Run or Save. We recommend that you click Run to automatically download and install. (If you want to choose where the installation files will be placed, however, choose Save and then manually activate the installation afterwards.)
3. Clicking Run begins the installation process, which takes a few minutes, depending on your Internet speed. In the Toolbar Installation window, configure the additional settings and click Agree (to the License Agreement). The toolbar will then appear on your browser.

Firefox users

1. Click the Download button.
2. Is the Software Installation window visible?
   If yes: Click the Install Now button and then click Restart Firefox
   If no: Continue to step 4.
3. Locate the yellow bar at the top of the page and click the Edit Options... button.
4. Click the Allow button, and then click Close.
5. Click the Download button again.
6. In the Software Installation window, click the Install Now button.
7. When the download is complete, click Restart Firefox.
8. In the Toolbar Setup window, make your selections and then click Finish.

Safari users

1. Click the Download button.
2. After a few moments you should see the Install Search + Win Toolbar window.
3. Click continue.
4. Accept the software license agreement.
5. Select a location on your computer's hard disk where you'd like to save the toolbar file and click continue.
6. Click install to complete the installation.

Both Internet Explorer and Firefox users
If you can't see the toolbar on your browser:

1. Make sure the toolbar is selected in your list of browser toolbars. Select View > Toolbars at the top of your browser and then select the toolbar's name.
2. If you still don't see the toolbar:
   • Confirm that your browser is compatible with our toolbar. (See above)
   • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, reboot your computer, and then reinstall the toolbar.

If the toolbar appears blank on your browser:

1. Uninstall the Search + Win toolbar. (See below: How do I uninstall the Search + Win toolbar?)
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, reboot your computer, and then reinstall the toolbar.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Reinstall the Search + Win toolbar.

If you are having trouble accessing your e-mail account through the E-Mail Notifier:

1. Make sure that your e-mail account is supported by the E-mail Notifier. (See above: Does the E-mail Notifier support my e-mail account?)
2. Log out of all your e-mail accounts before accessing them through the E-mail Notifier.
3. Make sure your browser is set to enable cookies.
4. If you still cannot access your e-mail account, clear your browser's cache and cookies, reboot your computer, and try again.
5. If the problem persists, uninstall your toolbar. (See below: How do I uninstall the Search + Win toolbar?) and then visit the Search + Win toolbar's download page and reinstall the toolbar . (See above: How do I install the Search + Win toolbar?)

The number of unread e-mails displayed by the E-mail Notifier is updated automatically every few minutes.
You can change how often the E-mail Notifier checks for new e-mails in the E-mail Notifier Settings window: Click the E-mail Notifier and then select Settings.

To check for new e-mails manually, click the E-mail Notifier and then select Check for new e-mails in the menu.

Yes. It is perfectly safe to add your account details to the E-mail Notifier. Your details are encrypted and saved locally on your computer. They are not shared with any third party.

If none of the stations or podcasts work, then check whether your computer meets all the requirements below:

• Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista (currently the Radio Player is not supported in Mac or Linux).
• JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
• Cookies are enabled in your browser.
• Windows Media Player version 9 or higher is installed (needed for most radio stations). Get Windows Media Player
• If you have an older Firefox toolbar version, you may need to install Media Player ActiveX .

If you have met all the requirements above and the Radio Player still doesn't work, please contact our support team.

There are two main reasons why this may happen:

1. There may be a problem with your media player's settings. (Your toolbar's Radio Player broadcasts by means of the media player you're using.) We recommend that you check its settings.
2. There may be a problem with the radio station/podcast itself. Since these are offered from all over the Web and are not generated by us, we cannot control their performance.

If you continue to have problems with radio stations or podcasts that you would like to hear, please contact our support team.

Just click the Weather component, and you will see these options in the upper-right corner:

• Change location
• Change to C°/F°
• Extended forecast

Notice that the Weather component initially adjusts automatically, showing you the weather according to the location of your IP address.

The Weather component is powered by www.intellicast.com, which has the world's largest commercial meteorological database and displays the accurate weather for hundreds of thousands of locations all over the globe. It is not possible, however, to represent every one of these locations in the Weather component. In the event that you cannot see accurate weather information or find the name of your town, we suggest that you visit the Intellicast site directly for more information.

The Search + Win toolbar may contain one or more RSS readers that provide RSS feeds of interest to the community. Although you cannot add content to an RSS reader, you have several options for removing content:

• To delete a single item, right-click it and then select Delete Message or Delete Item.
• To delete all the items in a topic, select the topic and then click the garbage can icon (Delete All Items) at the bottom of the list of items.
• You can remove an RSS reader from your toolbar, while reserving the option to restore it at any time:
  1. Open the toolbar's main menu (by clicking on the arrow immediately to the right of the toolbar's logo).
  2. Select Toolbar Options and then click the Predefined Components tab.
  3. Clear the RSS reader's check box.

The Search Box is an integral part of the Search + Win toolbar experience and cannot be removed. Have you tried clicking the arrow on the right of the Search button? You'll find customized searches there that we hope you'll find useful.

1. Open the toolbar's main menu (by clicking on the arrow immediately to the right of the toolbar's logo).
2. Select Toolbar Options.
3. Note that there are three tabs that include components (Personal Components, Predefined Components, and Useful Components). Locate the component in one of the tabs.
4. Select/clear the component's check box.

To remove a gadget from your toolbar:

1. Open the toolbar's main menu (by clicking on the arrow immediately to the right of the toolbar's logo).
2. Select Toolbar Options.
3. Click the Predefined Components tab.
4. Clear the gadget's check box.

You may uninstall this software at any time and with no limitations, using the standard uninstall procedures as offered with your computer's operating system or your Internet browser.

Internet Explorer users

1. Click the Start button and then select Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
2. In the list of programs, find the Search + Win toolbar, select it, and click Change/Remove.

Firefox users

1. In your browser menu, select Tools > Add-ons.
2. Make sure the Extensions tab is selected.
3. Select the Search + Win toolbar.
4. Click the Uninstall button.

Safari users

1. Open the Finder application and browse to Applications.
2. Scroll down to Toolbars and click on Search + Win.
3. Double-click on "Uninstall".
4. Fill in the "User name & Password" and click the OK button.

1. Visit the Search + Win toolbar's download page and reinstall the toolbar.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Uninstall the toolbar again.

The toolbar should not affect the performance of any other browser add-ons. If you encounter a problem concerning this issue, please contact our support team.

If the toolbar is currently active, and you got to a page with the message "The page you're looking for wasn't found" next to the logo and name of your toolbar publisher, it means the following:

Your toolbar detected that the page you were navigating to was not found and offered you a helpful Search page instead of the generic page usually displayed, called a 404 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/404_error) or DNS error page.

Your search term automatically appears, so you can just click Search to try again. If you'd rather, you can type in a different search. To disable this feature:

1. Open the toolbar's main menu (by clicking on the arrow immediately to the right of the toolbar's logo).
2. Select Toolbar Options and then click the Additional Settings tab.
3. Clear the check box next to: Fix "page not found" errors.
